Sales Coordinator Position
£14,500 - £15,000 dependent on experience (bonus scheme to be discussed)
The Sales Department is responsible for maximising all available revenues for the catering department at the Galpharm stadium through driving sales. You will be directly responsible for:
- Handling Telephone enquiries to The Lindley Group Standard Administration including filing, creating booking contracts and keeping general paperwork in order, organisational skills are vital for this role.
- Negotiating in order to maximise revenue.
- Ensuring enquiries are converted into confirmed business and opportunities to up-sell are taken.
- Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients.
- Liaising with both clubs at the stadium to organise match day hospitality.
The working hours are generally 9- 5.30pm however you will be required to be flexible to meet with the demands of the business including working on match days.
This role would be ideal for someone with:
- Proven Sales experience, preferably within a hotel / leisure environment or stadia and sporting environment would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong influencing and communication skills.
- An ability to 'close' a sale.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Preferably will have at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
