Weddings & Celebration Packages
Situated in Huddersfield, the Galpharm Stadium provides a fantastic venue for a civil ceremony, wedding reception or party. With a choice of three major suites to choose from and adaptable dependant on the scale of requirements our team will ensure a day to remember. The stadium’s facilities are ideally suited to all styles of weddings and celebrations and can cater for up to 380 guests.
All of our wedding packages can be tailored to your specific needs, however, please see below for some general information:
- Table cutlery - to include 5 items per guest
- Tables, chairs and white linen table cloth with either a burgundy or blue slip cloth is used
- Staging is available for you to dress for the ceremony
- The room will be set to meet your specification prior to the event
- Our main banqueting suite can accommodate up to 380 people
- A duty manager will be onsite for the duration to ensure the smooth running of your event
- The room is available for use for up to 8 hours, additional costs incurred if you require the suite longer
- A deposit of £1,500 is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required within 14 days prior to your event
- Prior to your celebration we require a meeting to be held between yourselves, our caterers and our operations managers to finalise your details. At this time we require you to agree to the numbers of guests attending your wedding
Optional Costs
- PA System (to include the playing of music) £50.00
- We are able to provide waiting/bar staff for you at a cost of £8.50 per person per hour.
